By making a payment on your vacation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Authorization for Payment:**
   - You authorize Exclusive Travel Partners to make payments on your vacation on your behalf, or you are making the payment directly through the vendor’s website.

2. **Accuracy of Booking Details:**
   - By making a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed all travel documents and that the following details are accurate on your booking:
     - Dates of travel
     - Travel destination details (e.g., cruise ship and room category, resort and room category)
     - Names exactly matching legal identification documents
   - You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of these details.

3. **Travel Documentation Requirements:**
   - You understand and agree to the following:
     - You are responsible for obtaining and bringing the required travel documents for your destination.
     - You understand the travel document requirements specific to your destination and confirm that your documents meet these requirements.
     - Your travel documents will not expire within the timeframe noted for your destination.

4. **Travel Protection and Insurance:**
   - You acknowledge that you have been informed about travel protection coverage and agree to the following:
     - For cruise destinations, if you require coverage for a pre-existing medical condition, travel insurance must be purchased and added to the booking within 14 days of the deposit being made.
     - Travel insurance should be added to the booking before the final payment is made.
     - If you choose to waive travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from delayed or missed travel.

5. **Liability Disclaimer:**
   - Exclusive Travel Partners is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from the failure to meet the above requirements or from waiving travel insurance.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
